Window World PayLink app

The Window World Paylink app is available for download for the PAX A920 and PAX A60 devices. The app connects to the Window World 360 CRM and enables staff to access a list of contracts from their franchise location, where they can apply a payment, send digital receipts, and/or send a PayLink to a customer’s mobile device.

Staff can accept payments through the Android Pax terminal (swipe, NFC, and EMV compatible) and post payments to the Window World 360 CRM. Customers can then receive a printed receipt from the terminal (only available with the A920) or a digital receipt by entering their mobile number.

Staff can send a PayLink via text message to the customer’s mobile phone. The customer can open the link to their contract and pay by entering their card details to submit a secure online payment using their mobile phone. This includes the options for customers to apply payments using Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Payments made from the app are reflected in Window World 360 and the PayLink web portal.
