Closing more deals by taking "Pay at the Table" directly to customers homes.

“We had been operating on a couple of different clunky CRMs… With Window World 360, it was bringing everything in house, it was all under one roof… It was going from using three to four different programs to do one task, to going to one program to do all your tasks.”

 – Brent Maxfield, Co-owner of Window World Oahu and Maui

Window World, America’s largest replacement window and exterior remodeling company, found that efficient operations could be achieved by developing their own custom-built CRM. They developed WW360 with their unique business needs in mind and are now able to provide their franchisees with a comprehensive mobile platform to handle all aspects of their business.

In 2021, we partnered with Window World to provide integrated payments for WW360, helping them design and implement a PayOps framework that reduces friction in commerce and further improves operational efficiency.

Getting a signed contract and collecting initial payment is a primary concern for Window World of Oahu, and Maui. Payment Logistics’ payment integration lets Window World associates use cellular enabled wireless payment devices to retrieve invoices from WW360 and process in-person card present EMV payments. With these mobile payment devices, their design consultants can secure deals faster and collect down payments on-the-spot. Additionally, because these payments are card-present transactions, they significantly save on processing rates.

Mobile payments at the customers house

Their payments now made mobile, contractors can accept card-on-file payments in the field, at the office, and anywhere else their on-the-go nature of business requires them to do so. Being able to charge a card on-file alleviated their back-end accounting from dealing with headaches like manual entry of payment data. What’s more, franchises are no longer repeatedly contacting customers to retrieve payment installations, significantly reducing friction in the payment collection process.

We recently met with Brent Maxfield, co-owner of Window World Oahu and Maui, to find out how WW360 and the new integrated payments is adding value for his team:

“We don’t always get the opportunity to close a deal on the spot and so that means that there might not be a credit card terminal in front of that customer, but with PayLink we are able to send them a link when we started the project and even at the back end of the project. It’s extremely important to us to collect the payment at the end of the job and get those signatures, and PayLink allowed us to do that.”

Kicking off this integration was a next-level step for Window World that placed them ahead of many competitors in today’s landscape of digitally enabled commerce. Through innovative and thoughtful collaboration, Window World and Payment Logistics have together made it easy for Window World franchises to seamlessly manage payments, eliminate manual entry of payment data, and reduce credit card processing costs with WW360 – cultivating a unified payment experience across the whole of Window World’s franchise network.

The team at Payment Logistics is honored to bolster the value that the Window World Ohana brings to its island community, and to work with a company who truly understands the meaning of extended family. We are proud that our product PayLink, was able to contribute to theirs and many other franchise’s stories of success.
