How do I enable/disable the guest feedback prompt?

PayLink has the ability to prompt guests to complete a quick survey after checkout, giving you valuable feedback to help you control the quality of your products and services.

If using Mobile Checkout, you can know when a guest is less than satisfied before they've left, allowing you the opportunity to turn an otherwise negative experience into a positive outcome.

How to manage guest feedback settings

     1. Once logged in, navigate to Account 〉 Profile.

     2. Scroll down to the section titled “Would you like to ask guests to rate their experience?”
