For many merchants, implementing PayLink, the commission free online ordering platform with curbside pickup, has resulted in a monumental increase in orders. So much so, that merchants found themselves unable to keep up with demand and in need of a way to better manage the influx of business.

We're thrilled to announce that with our latest update, we've made managing PayLink online orders easier than ever.

Arrival Timers and Order Filtering

Each order now displays an arrival timer, helping you keep track of when a customer will arrive. Additionally, orders can easily be filtered by the status of the order (i.e. Upcoming, Current, Ready, Completed).


Order Throttling

Getting too many orders! With PayLink that's not uncommon. It's simple to pause and unpause incoming orders for any time period. By pausing busy time periods, customers place orders for when you have available capacity.
 

Audible Notifications for Android and Apple Devices

As your tablet sits collecting orders, you will hear a chime to let you know when a new order is placed and when your customer has arrived. Want a text message notification as well? This is turned on by default but can be turned off based on your preferences.
